NCHMCT will be conducting Joint Entrance Examination in April 29, 2017 in offline mode. Through NCHM JEE, 55 institutes of hotel management including 21 Central, 19 State Government and 15 private institutes offering as many as 8124 seats of UG programmes as mentioned below –

NCHM JEE Admission Process 2017

The exam conducting authority will be shortlisting candidates on basis of marks and ranks obtained in NCHM JEE 2017. A merit list will be prepared on basis of results of NCHM JEE 2017 and candidates securing higher marks will be ranked higher in the merit list. In case candidates obtain same marks in NCHM JEE, then following methods will be applied to resolve ties -

  • Candidates obtaining higher marks in Service Aptitude Component will be ranked higher in case, more than one candidate obtain same marks in Joint Entrance Exam as well as English Comprehension component

  • Furthermore, candidates older in age will be given preference

NCHM JEE Eligibility Criteria 2017

 

NCHMCT mentions eligibility criteria of national level joint entrance exam including academic qualification, age limit as well as other criteria for admissions to undergraduate programmes. Candidates applying for NCHM JEE 2017 can check here the conditions of eligibility as mentioned below -

  • Candidates should have passed 10+2 qualifying examination from any state or national board of education

  • Candidates must have passed English as a core subject under 10+2 education pattern in the qualifying examination

  • General and OBC category candidates must not be more than 22 years of age as on July 1 of year of admission

  • Reserved category candidates are provided age relaxation of up to three years i.e. they should not be more than 25 years of age

  • Candidates qualified General Certificate Education (GCE) Examination at Advanced (A) level (London/ Cambridge/ Srilanka) are also eligible

  • Candidates need to have passed Senior Secondary Examination from National Open School with minimum five subjects with English as a core subject can also apply for NCHM JEE 2017

The application form of NCHM JEE 2017 is available in online as well as offline mode. The application form can be obtained from the designated institutes as mentioned by the exam conducting authority. Candidates need to remit an application fee in online or offline mode.   2. Register with valid e-mail id and password for NCHM JEE 2017

  3. Remit the application fee for NCHM JEE 2017 before proceeding to fill in the application form

  5. Upload scanned copy of photograph and Signature

  6. Submit the application form of NCHM JEE 2017 and get print out for future references

NCHM JEE Admit Card 2017

 

The exam conducting authority will be issuing admit cards of NCHM JEE 2017 online mode only. Candidates can download the admit card of NCHM JEE 2017 starting from April 19. The admit card of NCHM joint entrance exam 2017 mentions candidature details, exam date and timing as well as test centre details.

 

Candidates are advised to read instructions mentioned on the admit card of NCHM JEE 2017. Candidates must visit the exam centre of NCHM JEE 2017 at least an hour before the scheduled date and time. Candidates without a valid admit card of NCHM JEE 2017 will not be permitted to appear for the national level entrance exam.

NCHM JEE Result 2017

 

NCHMCT will be declaring the result of Joint Entrance Exam 2017 in the third week of May. The candidates will be shortlisted as per the minimum qualifying marks criteria of NCHM JEE 2017. The results of NCHM JEE 2017 will be declared in online mode only and mentions marks obtained by the qualified candidates. The seat allotment of NCHM JEE 2017 will be done on basis of merit list prepared after announcement of results.

 

NCHM JEE Seats Reservation 2017

 

Candidates will be allotted seats as per the reservation criteria of NCHM JEE 2017. The reservation criteria is followed by all participating institutes for admissions to 7767 seats. The reservation criteria of NCHM JEE 2017 is as mentioned below–
